"Our family and our wine estate have always lived and worked sustainably. In the future, we want to continue to achieve this together with our employees. To let future generations benefit from it, FAIR'N GREEN gives us valuable tips and suggestions. We were particularly pleased that sustainability for Fair'n green does not only count in the management of the vineyards, but throughout the entire wine estate. We like to be completely screened and want to become better and better. Sustainability is not only important to us regarding environmental aspects in the vineyard, but also regarding social issues in the working environment and the use of resources and energy. To let us, our employees and our customers know the status quo, Fair'n green will support us on this path.”

Wine Estate Wilker
The wine estate Wilker is situated in Pleisweiler-Oberhofen in the Palatinate, where three family generations share their daily lives together. Jürgen and Monika Wilker are managing the traditional company. While Jürgen Wilker cares passionately about vineyards and wine cellars, the senior partner, Heinz Wilker, keeps an eye on the interaction in the overall operation.
For the wine of the Palatinate culture 25 hectares of vineyards are used. The vines grow in the cooler climate of the forest and the sparse limestone cliffs. This causes the slender, distinctive and mineral appearance of the classic Burgundy and Riesling. Where it makes sense, modern technical possibilities are used to nourish soil and plants and where necessary, the wine estate uses time-consuming manual work.
