"In over 130 years of successful corporate history, the topic of sustainability has certainly always played an important role. With FAIR'N GREEN, we want to continue focusing on sustainability and place the topic even more at the center of our attention and action. Sustainability does not only determine how we work in the vineyard. It determines how we perceive our corporate responsibility for the environment, climate and society, as well."

- Stefan Hübner, Managing Director of the Wine Manufactory Untertürkheim

Wine Manufactory Untertürkheim

Founded in 1887, the Württemberg wine manufactory Untertürkheim produces wines that are distinguished by outstanding quality thanks to the excellent work of 40 dedicated winegrowers. The winegrowers work according to the principle "quality instead of quantity, distinctiveness before amount". The wine manufactory is managed by Dr. Stefan Hübner. The vineyard covers 95 hectares.

"Sustainability is becoming more and more important in viticulture. We cultivate wine in a local recreation area. This is the reason why the topics biodiversity and sustainable plant protection are getting more and more into focus. Sustainability does not end with ecology for us. It must also take economic and social aspects into account - that is exactly what FAIR'N GREEN is doing".

- Jürgen Off, cellar master of the Wine Manufactory Untertürkheim
