"Sustainability is a multidimensional guideline that shapes our way of working in a future-oriented way and is in harmony with the philosophy of our winery. In doing so, FAIR'N GREEN offers us constant motivation for self-reflection and further development." - Tim Bernhard
Winery Paulinenhof
The Paulinenhof is located in Selzen, Rheinhessen, at the foot of the Selzener Gottesgarten, where the Bernhard family has been cultivating vines and farming since 1790. Rolf and Ina Bernhard have been managing the farm for over 25 years and with Pauline and Tim the next generation is already waiting in the wings.
The family is committed to quality-oriented viticulture and to this end relies on gentle work in the field, in harmony with the soils of Rheinhessen. The wines are made from classic grape varieties and are carefully vinified using the latest cellar technology. The wine style has developed from years of experience as well as international influences and can be experienced in the own Vinothek.

The vinotheque of the Paulinenhof winery was newly built in 2021. It offers visitors not only the opportunity to taste wine, sparkling wine, secco, grape juice and spirits, but also the chance to purchase gift ideas related to wine and find out about leisure activities for vacations in Rheinhessen.
Among the special highlights are the wine & chocolate tastings, which are offered regularly, as well as the tours through the vineyards of the Paulinenhof.
